Just want to tell a lil about this company! I contacted them, they got me to talk to C.J, he came looked at my Roof, we got a hold of our Insurance company, they came out C.J was there with the insurance guy, they looked and checked inside and out of my house, got everything on an estimate, got approved from my insurance company. They came out and done there job in a day, and cleaned up all there mess. They done an awesome Job!!!

Showed highest level of professionalism in this work. CJ mastered local and statewide standards and ensured adherence to these standards when executing his work. By explaining in simple terms what these standards are, I had a better understanding of what to expect from any repairs carried out on my property. Armed with these information I was able to work with a public adjuster to ensure my insurance company did what is expected to ensure a good repair work on my property. Without the services of Onpoint Roofing Services I would not have had a good guaranteed job done

I remember they spent almost half an hour just studying water flow patterns during rain using old marks on the roof. They explained how even a small change in slope can redirect water into weak points. It felt more like an engineering analysis than a normal repair job.

The Roof replacement process was very long and insurance had denied couple times previously due to gap in evidence presented and that when Onpoint Roofing CJ came in contact with me and seamlessly worked in detailing manner and wa present in Insurance claim visit and explained in details with city codes which finally culminated in roof replacement. If this wasn’t for Onpoint roofing services I don’t think roof would’ve replaced via Insurance claim. Thanks to CJ and Onpoint roofing team.

My roof looks amazingly beautiful! From start to finish, Onpoint did an incredible job. From their assessment of my roof to cleanup was professional and very detailed at explaining and completing the process. I really like how they finished the job quickly and with precision. They made me aware of any extra costs as the worked on my roof and provide pictures to align with what they said and saw as they worked. It's never easy when a storm breaks off tree limbs that punch holes in the roof of a rental property at 9pm on a Saturday night!! CJ and OnPoint Roofing Services to the rescue in the rain! He was on site in 45 minutes, stopped water intrusion and came back on Tuesday to make permanent repairs. Matched the shingles perfectly and cleaned up the mess be leaving.
